We bought our icon 3 1/2years ago and it was a wonderful experience. Danny the owner organized the sale. He was very patient (we came back 3 times). Danny was knowledgeable and worked with us to find the perfect cart to fit our needs. We have a toy hauler camper and wanted a cart for camping. Last week we got to the campground and went to remove the cart and it was dead and the breaks were locked up. We were camping in another state and had no idea where to go for help. We called Shaffers and spoke with Danny he tried a few things nothing worked. At this point they could have left us to figure it out, but thankfully he did not. Danny put us in the phone with Justin and he spent a hour on the phone helping us diagnose the issue when Justin figured it out he overnighted a switch and the cart was good to go! Shaffers golf cart goes above and beyond for their customers. Once you buy a cart from them they are always there if u need help (which is not often). I don’t know many places that provide this kind of service. Thank you Danny and Justin we had a great vacation because of u both!
